Completed 360° Nissen fundoplication. Fundoplication should be 2 cm in length and loose enough that one finger can easily be inserted between the plication and the esophagus with a bougie in place ("floppy Nissen"). Anterior and posterior vagus nerves are included in the wrap. Two interrupted heavy silk suture are in place to stabilize the fundoplication.
