United States Surgical sponsors a large number of post graduate fellowships at leading academic institutions across the United States. The fellowships are clinically oriented.

To submit an application for funding for the 2005-06 academic year please download the application, fill it out completely and attach any additional information you feel is relevant. Mail the completed application to the U.S. Surgical Professional Medical Education Department by July 16, 2004. Notification will be sent by early October 2004.
